HOW TO MAKE BREAD CUTLET ?

Hello friends welcome to recipesbysandhya.com. aaj hum banana ja rahe hai Bread cutlet jo Evening tea time ke liye perfect snacks hai. Bread cutlet banana bahut hi aasan hai aur khane me bahut hi crispy aur bahut hi tasty hota hai. Hum ingredients ke naam likh lete hai.

                                                INGREDIENTS

1. Aalu-4 Midum size(Patato) .

2. Bread slices-5 Pieces.

3. Haldi powder-1/3 Tea spoon.

4. Lal mirch powder-1/3 Tea spoon.

5. Hari mirch-2-3(pieces).

6. Hara dhaniya .

7. Garam masala-½ Tea spoon.

8. Namak swad anusar.

9. Onion-1 midium size(pyaz).

10. Mungfali-25gm.

11. Sevaiya-1 Pkt.

12. Oil fry ke liye.

                                              PREPARATION

1. Sabse pahle hum Aalu ubal lenge.

2. Jab tak Aalu ubal raha hai hum hari mirch-hara dhaniya aur Onion ko barik-barik kaat lenge.

3. Ab Mungfali  bhi thoda oil dal kar bhun lenge.

4. Aalu ublne ke baad thanda hone par chhilka utar kar Aalu ko fod lenge.

5. Ab ek bowl me pani lenge usme ek-ek bread ko bhigo kar pani nichod kar Aalu me dal lenge.

6. Ab isme haldi-mirch-garam masala-bhuni hui mungfali-kata hara dhaniya-kati hui hari mirch-kata huaa onion aur namak swad anusar mila kar achhe se mila kar ke rakh lenge.

7. Seviyo ko mixi me dal kar 1 minut chala lenge jisse thoda barik tut jayga.

8. Ab apne pasand anusar gol tikki ki tarah ya lambe aakar ke Cutlet taiyar kar lenge.

9. Gas on kar ke kadhai me oil dal kar garam hone ke liye rakhege.

10. Jab tak oil garam ho raha hai hum ek thali me seviya charo taraf bikher lenge.

11. Ab isme sare cutlet cearfully rakhege taki uska shape kharab na ho.

12. Ab halke hatho se thali ko gumaynge jisse cutlet ke charo taraf seviya lag jaygi.

13. Ab tak humara oil bhi garam ho chuka hai.

14. Ek-Ek cutlet uthakar thoda muthhi me rakh kar press karte huy oil me dalenge jitna kadai me aajaye.

15. mutthi se press karne se cutlet me seviya achhi tarah chipak jaygi.

16. Gas midum kar ke cutlet ko ulat plat karte huye  brown hone tak fry kar lenge.

17. Fry kar ke chhalni se nikal kar ek newspaper ya tishu paper par rakh lenge taki extra oil soak kar lega.

18. Aise hi sare cutlet fry kar lenge.

19. Bhaut hi crunchi aur tasty cutlet taiyar hai serve karne ke liye.

To friends cutlet zarur try kare aur apne pasand anusar  hari chatni ya tomato sos ke sath khay aur hume apna feedback zarur de taki hum aur bhi tasty-tasty dishes lekar aate rahe.

NOTE:Aap chahe to seviya skip kar sakte hai Bina seviyo ki topping ke bhi cutlet fry kar sakte hai.Seviyo se topping kar fry karne par cutlet zyada crunchi banta hai. Cutlet me mirch masala apne pasand anusar kam ya zyada dal sakte hai.

    Maine isi recipe se bnane ka try kiya tha but kuchh pieces acche bne and uske baad baaki sab fut gye and unme oil bhar gya.

    Please ye btaiye ki kya kare jis se ki aisa na ho aur acchi trah se cutlets bne.

    • Cutlet banane kliy mixcher ka shi hona bhut zaruri hai.mixchar me aalu se zyada bread honi chahiy aur bhut hi achhi tarah mix honi chahiy aur oil bhi thik,thik garam ho nhi to culet ekdum se garam oil me dalne pe tut jate hai, aur jab tak ek tadaf achhe se na fry ho tab tak cutlet ko palte nhi kai baar iss wajh se bhi tut jate hai.To aap in sab bato ka dhyan rakhte huy culet dubara banay.Aapke cutlet zarur achhe banege.Thanks.
