Hello friends welcome to recipesbysandhya.com.Aaj hum banane ja rahe hai Dahi bade Jo na Zyada masale wala aur na mitha dish hai par fir bhi bhut hi tasty hota hai Bas zarurat hai to kuch chhoti-chhoti bato pe dhyan dene ki Holi aane wali hai to Holi pe sweets ke sath  zydatar Dahi bade zarur banay jate hai Dahi bada Indian snakes hai. To hum ingredients likh lete hai.

                                           INGREDIENTS

1. Urad ki daal-100gm.(Dhuli hui)

2. Chhach-500gm.

3. Dahi-500gm.

4. Kala namak-1 Tea spoon.

5. Lal mirch powder-1 Tea spoon.

6. Jeera-2 Tea spoon.

7. Kishmis-15-20 pieces.

8. kaju-5-6 Pieces.

9. Badam-4-5 pieces.

10. Anar ka dana-½ cup.

11. Oil Fry ke liye.

                                            PREPARATAION

1. Sabse pahle hum Daal ko saaf kar lenge kai baar kankar bhi hote hai Daal me.

2. Daal ko 1-1/2 ghante ke liye 1.5 glass pani me bhigo kar rakh denge.

3. Tab tak baki ki taiyari kar lete hai.

4. Jeera ko tawe par bina oil ke bhun kar mixi me pees kar powder bana lenge.

5. Kaju aur badam ko mote ya barik apne pasand ke anusar kaat lenge.

6. Kishmis ke karib 10 pieces ½ cup pani me bhigo kar rakh lenge.

7. Ab Daal ko kisi chhalni me daal kar pani ko nikal lenge.

8. Ab mixi me dal kar pest ki tarh pees  kar kisi bartan me nikal kar hatho se fet lenge 5-7 minut.9. Gas on kar Kadhai me Oil garam hone ke liye rakhenge.

10. Chhach ka pkt khol kar patile me rakh lenge.

11. Ab picture ke anusar midum size ke bade banane jitna peesa huaa Daal hatheli par rakh kar ak kishmis dal kar stuff kar lenge.

12. Aach midum kar ke stuff karte huy bade Oil me fry karenge.

13. Charo taraf se achhi tarah bade fry hone ke baad bhi gas slow kar ke 1 minut aur fry kar lenge kyo ki kai baar upar se to bade achhi tarah fry ho jate hai aur ander kachche hi rah jate hai .

14. Urad daal ka peesa pest kafi chip chipa hota hai isliy pakne me thoda time lagta hai.

15. Bade fry karte jay aur nikal kar chhach me dalte jaay.

16. Sare bade chhach me dalkar kar karib 2 ghante tak dhak kar frizz me rakh de.17. Dahi bhi achhe se fet kar rakh lenge.

18. Humara dahi bada taiyar hai sarve karne ke liye.

19. jab bhi kahne ka mann ho chhach se thanda-thanda bada bowl me nikaliy upar se feta huaa dahi dale fir apne swad anusar Kala namak-Lal mirch powder aur bhuna huaa jeera powder dal kar upar se kte huy dry fruits-pani me bhige huy kishmis ke dane aur Anar ke dano se garnish kijiy aur bhut hi Delicious dahi bade ka luft uthaiy.

Dahi bade zarur banaiy aur Dahi bade kaise bane humse zarur shear kre.

NOTE:Daal peeste huy agar pani ki zarurt lge to 2-3 spoon Dahi dal kar peese bade bhut hi soft banege. Humara pest soft bade ke liye shi se feta huaa hai ya nahi ye tast karne ke liye ek bowl me pani le aur usme pest ko thoda sa dalenge pest pani me dalte hi upar tairne lge to humara daal ka pest redy hai bade ke liye nahi to thodi der aur fet le.Aap chahe to chhach ki jagah pani me bhi bade bhigo sakte hai.
