How to make muli ka achar ?

Friends aaj hum banane ja rahe hai muli ka achar.Sardiyo ke time me muli zyada milte hai.Muli ka achar instant banakar kahane wala achar hota hai. Muli ka achar banakar 8-10 din tak kha sakte hai.Achar ke liye zarurat ke saman ke naam likh lete hai.

                                               INGREDIENTS

1. Muli-1 kg.

2. Rai peesi hui-3 table spoon.

3. Namak-½ Tea spoon.

4. Haldi-½ Tea spoon.

5. Lal mirch powder-½ Tea spoon.

6. Dhaniya powder-1 Tea spoon.

7. Musterd oil-150 gm.

                                               PREPARATION

1. Sabse pahle muli ka head aur tail kaat kar chhilka utar denge.

2. Ab picture ke anusar lambe-lambe pieces kaat lenge aap chahe to gol pieces bhi kaat sakte hai.

3. Ab pani garam kar ke gas band kar de aur kate huy muli ke pieces dal kar 5 minut chhod denge.

4. Ab kisi chhlni ya jali wale koi bhi baratan me rakh kar muli aur pani ko alag kar lenge.

5. Jab pani achhe se nikal jay to 1 ghante dhup me suka lenge.

6. Ab kisi kanch ke bowl ya food gren contenar me muli dal kar Namak aur sare masala mila kar dhup me rakh denge.

7. Agle din oil ko garam kar lenge achhe se fir thanda hone par Achar me mila lenge aur 2 din dhup dikha lenge.

8. Muli ka achar taiyar hai khane ke liye muli ka Achar banakr 8-10 din tak kha sakte hai.

NOTE:Achar hamesha saaf aur sukhe spoon se nikale kbi bhi hath se na nikale aise hum achar ko lambe time tak rahk sakte hai aur beech-beech me dhup bhi dikhate rahne se achar kharab hone ka dar nahi hota.To muli ka Achar banay aur apna feedback zarur de.
