HOW TO MAKE NAMAK PARE OF KARELA SHAPE?

Aaj hum Namak Pare banayge Namak Pare bhi alag-alag shape ke hote hai aaj hum Karela shape ke Namak Pare banane ja rahe hai.Namak Pare kisi bhi time kha sakte hai par Tea time ke liye bhaut hi achha Snakes hai ye aisa Snacks hai jo sabko hi bahut pasand aata hai ye kafi khasta hota hai.To friends Namak Pare banane ke liye zarurat ki chijo ke naam likh lete hai.

                                               INGREDIENTS

  1. Maida-250gm.
  2. Ajwain-1/3 Tea spoon.
  3. Salt-1/3 Tea Spoon.
  4. Calongy-1 Pinch.
  5. Moyan ke liye Oil-50gm.
  6. Oil fry ke liye.
  7. Pani Maida guthne ke liye.

                                              PREPARATION

 

  1. Pahle hum Maida ko chhan lenge aur 3-4 Tea spoon sukha maida alag rakh lenge.
  2. Ab Maida me Ajwain-Colongy-Salt aur Moyan wala Oil garm kar ke mila lenge.
  3. Ab Pictur ke anusar dono hatho se press karte huy Maida ko karib 8-10 minut tak masle.
  4. Ab halka-halka Pani ka chhita marte huy aur achhi tarah Maida ko milaynge.
  5. Maida Roti ke Aate se thoda kam Soft guthenge.
  6. Achhi tarah Maida guth jane ke baad chhote chhote Aate ke tukre kaat lege.
  7. Fir dono hatho se gol karte huy pede ki tarha bana lenge.
  8. Ab ek peda lekar puri Jitne Size ke patli bel lenge agar chakle par chipke to sukha maida dal kar belenge.
  9. Tab Pictur ke anusar chaku se puri ki patli-patli strip katenge.
  10. Strips aise katna hai ki puri se juda rahe.
  11. Ab Picture ke anusar puri ke dono taraf ke kinare pakad kar kinaro ko dabate huy fold kar lenge.
  12. Aisa karte huy sare Namak Pare taiyar kar lenge.
  13. AB gas on kar ke kadhai me Oil daal kar Oil garam karenge.
  14. Oil ka Temprecher chek karne ke liye gunthe huy Aata ka chhota sa tukda dale Aata ak dum se upar tairta dhikhai dega.
  15. Oil Namak Pare fry karne ke liye garam ho chuka hai ab gas thoda slow kar denge.
  16. Oil me 6-7 Namak Pare dalenge fry ke liye Oil me Namak Pare dhyan se dale taki Oil ka chhita na ude.
  17. Namak Pare bahut jaldi fry ho jata hai isliy Cearfully fry krenge Golden brown ho jane par chhalni se ak Newspaper par nikal lenge taki Extra Oil paper soak kar lega.
  18. Iss tarha sare Namak Pare fry kar lenge.
  19. Jab Namak Pare achhi tarha thande ho jaay to Airtight dubbe me band kar ke 15-20 din tak aaram se khay.
