HOW TO MAKE SABUDANA KHICHDI ?

Hello friends welcome to Recipesbysandhya.com. Aaj hum Sabudane ki khichdi banayge Sabudane ki khichdi bahut hi sawadist hoti hai sabudane ki khichdi fast me bhi khai jati hai aur ye digestive hota hai Ise breakfast me bhi kha sakte hai. hum ingredients ke naam likh lete hai.

                                               INGREDIENTS

 

1. Sabudana-250gm.(Sago) .

2. Mungfali-100gm.

3. Namak swad anusar.

4. Lal mirch powder-1/3 Tea spoon.

5. Dhaniya powder-2 Pinch.

6. Garam masala-2 Pinch.

7. Oil-2 Tea spoon.

8. Hing-1 Pinch.

9. Nariyal kata huaa-25gm.

                                               PREPARATION

1. Sabse pahle hum Sabudana ko 2-3 bar pani se achhe se wash kar lenge.Taki sabudana me jo thoda powdar ki tarah hota hai wo achhe s nikal jay.

2. Sabudana me 50ml. pani dal kar 5-6 ghante ke liye bhigo kar rakh denge.

3. Tab tak Mungfali ko bina oil ke bhun lenge.

4. Bhune huy mungfali ke 8-10 dane sabut rakh lenge baki ka mixi me dal kar dar-dra pees lenge.

5. Kate huy Nariyal ko bhi bina oil ke bhun kar rakh lenge.

6. Sabudana 5-6 ghante bhigne ke baad apne size se dubbal ho jata hai.

7. Isliy 5-6 ghante bhige sabudane ko dono ungliyo se daba kar dekhenge to wo bahut hi aasani se dab jayga.

8. Humara sabudana khichdi banane ke liye taiyar hai.

9. Ab sabudana me peesi  hui mungfali mila lenge.

10. Gas on kar ke kadhai me oil dal kar garam hone par hing-dhaniya powder-lal mirch powder dal kar sath hi sabudana bhi dal denge.

11. Achhe se chalate huy masala mix kar lenge aur namak swad anusar dal denge .

12. sabudana khichdi banate huy agar pani ki zarurat ho to halka chhita marte huy thoda sa pani dal kar pakaynge.

13. Iss tarah lagatar chalate huy sabudana 12-15minut tak pakaynge.

14. Gas band karne se 1 minut pahle garam masala dal kar achhi tarah mila lenge.

15. Ab gas band kar ke kadhai niche utar kar mungfali aur bhuna huaa nariyal dal kar mila leng.

NOTE: Sabudane ko raat me bhi bhigo ke rakh sakte hai Khichdi me mirch masala aap apne swad anusar kam ya jyada dal sakte hai.
